Returns Policy at Forever Springtime
At Forever Springtime, we aim to ensure you have the best possible online shopping experience. To achieve this, we offer a 28-day return policy for unused products. Whether you've changed your mind, or the gift you purchased isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit (minus the original postage paid), under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 28 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- The item is in a resalable condition.
- The item is not damaged in any way.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes if the seals have been damaged or broken, or if the product has been used.
For returns, please provide:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
Via the contact form below. We will provide you with the return address via email.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (usually within 24 - 48 hours), your store credit will be processed.
Please note, we do not accept change of mind returns for custom products, such as custom 3D printed products or CNC machined products, marked down or clearance items.
Gift vouchers are for use at Forever Springtime only, and we do not offer refunds for gift vouchers due to change of mind or mistake orders.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order (e.g., an incorrect or missing product), please inform us within 28 days of receiving your order so that we can investigate.
If you find a fault or issue with your product, please inform us within a reasonable timeframe, which in most cases is within the first 28 days. If the product is faulty, please include images in your email so that we can clearly understand your concerns.
The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
In the case of faulty goods, Forever Springtime will be responsible for any return postage costs.
Forever Springtime is not liable for misuse or incorrect use of a product for your creative project. We recommend performing a small test of the product first to ensure it suits your intended use.
